Shipping and Returns

ORDER AND SHIPPING PROCESSES

• Allow 1-3 business days for your order to be completed (this does not include ship time, ship time is dependent on the method of shipping you choose and your location!) We ship with USPS.
For custom order shipping, we will be in contact and talk about shipping time. We will notify you when your order ships and give you a tracking number.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• We take pride in everything we make. If you are not 100% satisfied when you receive them, please contact us ASAP (we will do our best to help).
Returns: If Minnesota Custom Woolens, Inc. makes a mistake, we will replace your item and pay shipping costs. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily exchange the item or do a cash refund if the item is returned within 14 days and in unused condition (you pay all shipping costs).
